Birdie Corn Bread Plus

 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
2 large eggs (crushed shell too)
½1 cup seed
½ ½1/2 cup milk
½1 cup vegetables (fresh, frozen or canned)
¼ ¼1/4 teaspoon bee pollen
1/4 teaspoon spirulina
1/4 teaspoon wheat grass 

Mix all ingredients and pour into 8” x 11” greased pan.  Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool and cut into serving sized pieces. Keep a few days supply in the refrigerator and freeze the rest.
Can be warmed in microwave for 5 seconds but check for hot spots before serving.

Fruit Oatmeal

 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup water
¼ 1/4cup dried fruit 

Combine oatmeal and water in microwave safe bowl.  Microwave at 50% power for 5 minutes.  Mix well and cool below 110 degrees.  Mix with dried fruit and serve.

Cheesy Grits 

¼ 1/4 cup grits
¾ 3/4cup water
crushed hot pepper
grated cheese

 Combine grits and water in microwave safe bowl.  Microwave on 100% power for 3-4 minutes.
Stir well and cool below 110 degrees. Mix in crushed hot pepper.  Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.

Veggie Omelet 

1 large egg (crushed shell too)
½ 1/2cup frozen vegetables
grated cheese

 Mix egg, shell and vegetables in a microwave safe bowl.  Microwave on 100% power until egg is puffy and dry.  Cool to less than 110 degrees, top with cheese and serve.
