Health guarantee: the health of the bird is guaranteed for the first seven days of the bird's new residence with a documented diagnosis from an accredited vet to be reviewed. Upon the death of a bird discovery is made through a documented necropsy that there were genetic defects, said breeder will replace the deceased bird with a Parrotlet of the same value.

If for any reason a new family cannot keep said Parrotlets originally bred by the breeder is given first option of return of the bird. The breeder will maintain the right to recover any birds that cannot be properly cared for or kept. I believe that all birds that are bred by me shall be well cared for, provided good homes, and I will do everything in my power to rescue those birds that I have helped bring into this world!
